Sous Chef - Private Members Club - Straight Shifts
Our client, a quality private members club is currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join this fantastic kitchen.
You will be assisting the Head Chef with running of the kitchen, including staff training and development, stock control and ordering, menu planning and development, ensuring standards are being maintained and adhered to by all staff.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within hotels/clubs or quality restaurants as Sous Chef or Junior Sous looking to step up.
You will be passionate about food, able to work well under pressure, have an eye for detail and a flexible attitude.
The postion offers;
- Excellent work/life balance.
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Early shift is usually 8am to 4pm.
- Late shift is usually 10am to 9pm if functions on.
- Club is closed over Christmas and New Year.
