Sous Chef - Private Members Club - Package up to £40k - West End
Our client, an exclusive Private Members Club located in the heart of the West End are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join this fantastic kitchen.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably within quality restaurants/clubs/hotels. British/European cuisine knowledge essential.
You will have an eye for detail, be passionate and flexible, with enthusiasm to develop the junior chefs.
Duties include assisting the Head Chef with menu development, stock control and ordering, training and development of junior chefs, ensuring staff adhere to health, hygiene and safety guidelines.
The position involves;
- Working 5 days out of 7.
- Usually Straight Shifts
- Late finishing can be 3am
- Salary package up to £40,000
- Immediate start available.
