Sous Chef - Modern British Gastro Pub - £28-£32k
Our client, a growing company of Gastro Pubs in Central London are recruiting for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join this fantastic kitchen.
You will be assisting the Head Chef with running of the kitchen, menu development and costings, staff recruitment and training, ensuring all staff are adhering to health and hygiene standards.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience within gastro pubs or quality restaurants, preferably modern British /European cuisine.
- Working 5 days out of 7.
