Sous Chef - Modern British Brasserie
Quality informal brasserie, located within a 5* hotel in the heart of the West End are recruiting for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join their team.
The ideal Sous Chef will have proven experience within quality brasseries/restaurants and/or 4/5* hotels as a Sous Chef. You will have experience of staff recruitment and training, staff rotas etc.
The kitchen caters for an informal dining restaurant and room service.
The position offers;
- Working 5 days out of 7.
- 28 days holiday per annum, which increases with length of service.
- Salary of £34,000 plus service charge.
