Senior Sous Chef - Monday to Friday - £35,000
Our client, a quality venue specialising in modern British cuisine, is currently recruiting for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join this fantastic kitchen.
You will be assisting the Head Chef with running of the kitchen, including staff training and development, stock control and ordering, menu planning and development, ensuring standards are being maintained and adhered to by all staff.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within hotels/clubs or quality restaurants as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef looking to step up.
You will be passionate about food, able to work well under pressure, have an eye for detail and a flexible attitude.
The postion offers;
- Working Monday to Friday.
- Usually 7 shifts per week.
