Junior Sous Chef - Modern European Restaurant
Our client, a modern European restaurant located in the heart of the City are recruiting for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join this fantastic restaurant.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have previous experience within fine dining restaurants, preferably within European cuisine but training will be provided. You will need to be passionate, creative with coming up with new ideas for the menu, confident with health and safety within the kitchen and able to mentor junior chefs.
Please note this is an Open Kitchen, therefore you will need to presentable and with a good attitude.
The position offers;
- Working 5 days out of 7.
- 6 Shifts over 5 days.
