Back of House Manager - 5 Star Hotel
Our client, an award winning 5* hotel located in the heart of the West End are recruiting for an experienced Back of House Manager to join their team.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience within 4/5* hotels as a Back of House Manager / Chief Steward, you will be a strong people Manager, have experience of managing stock, staff recruitment and training, staff rotas, purchasing and managing a budget.
The position offers;
- Working 5 days out of 7.
- 28 days holiday per annum, which increases with length of service.
